Bendi/Flexi Drivers Long-Term Opportunity Location: Worsley, Greater Manchester (M28) Pay Rates: Night Shift (9:30pm 6am): 15.25/hour Shifts: Monday to Friday Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Guaranteed after 12 weeks) About the Role PROMAN is recruiting experienced Bendi/Flexi Truck Drivers for a leading food manufacturing company in the Worsley area. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment after 12 weeks. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals who are confident operating a counterbalance truck in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. Key Responsibilities As a Bendi/Flexi Driver, your duties will include: Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the facility Stacking goods in designated storage bays following stock control instructions Checking loads are secure and safe for transport Stacking and organising empty pallets Performing daily equipment checks (e.g. battery charging for electric trucks) Assisting with manual loading/unloading when required Requirements Valid Bendi/Flexi licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Good attention to detail and awareness of health 'safety Flexibility to work either AM or PM shift What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay with shift premiums Overtime paid at time and a half Monday to Friday shifts no weekends Long-term job security with a temp-to-perm route Supportive team and on-site agency presence Apply Now Submit your CV today to be considered.
