About You You are an organised, approachable, and professional administrator who: Has experience in a busy front-of-house or administrative role , delivering a warm and welcoming experience for visitors Communicates confidently and courteously by phone, email, and face-to-face Is a confident IT user , with excellent attention to detail Can accurately manage enquiries, maintain family records, prepare invoices, and respond to queries relating to fees and discounts Is a strong advocate for safeguarding , ensuring childrens wellbeing is always prioritised Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team Is highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and confident supporting the Nursery Manager with ordering, diary management, and general administration tasks Equality, Inclusion & Next Steps We are an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people of all ages and backgrounds.
