Insurance Broker Apprenticeship Location: Harrow Working Pattern: Full time, onsite Salary: 20,000 25,000 per annum Start Date: Immediate About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established financial services firm that continues to expand its insurance and advisory operations across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to enter the financial services sector through a structured apprenticeship pathway. This role is designed to support the development of future insurance professionals, offering hands-on experience, formal training, and long-term career progression within a regulated environment. The Role As an Insurance Broker Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced brokers and advisors, supporting the delivery of high-quality insurance solutions to both personal and commercial clients. You will gain practical exposure to the full insurance lifecycle while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. Key Responsibilities Supporting senior brokers with client enquiries and policy administration Assisting with quotations, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation Maintaining accurate client records in line with FCA and compliance standards Liaising with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams Learning regulatory requirements within the insurance and financial services sector Providing professional and timely communication to clients Developing knowledge across insurance products, risk assessment, and client needs Training & Development Enrolment onto a recognised Insurance Apprenticeship programme Structured on-the-job training and mentoring Support towards professional insurance qualifications over time Clear progression opportunities within the business upon successful completion About You Motivated, reliable, and keen to build a long-term career in financial services Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office Professional attitude and willingness to learn GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred Apprenticeship Eligibility This role is offered as an apprenticeship position and is therefore subject to UK apprenticeship funding eligibility requirements .
