M Pro Recruitment is working with an established Fire, Security & IRS systems provider to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver installation projects across London and the surrounding suburbs. The Role: Youll manage the full project lifecycle from handover to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. This is a client-facing role involving coordination of internal teams, subcontractors, and third parties across multiple live projects. K ey Responsibilities: Manage Fire, Security & IRS installation projects end-to-end Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively Lead project meetings with clients, suppliers, and third parties Manage project scope, change control, and risk resolution Provide regular project updates internally and to clients Coordinate resourcing and project schedules Produce and maintain project documentation Carry out full client handover on completion Be hands-on where required to ensure client satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience managing Fire & Security installation projects Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and integrated systems Solid understanding of project management methodologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience within construction and/or Fire & Security environments Relevant industry qualifications beneficial Clear DBS / screening eligibility Package: Salary 45k DOE plus commission scheme Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone Pension scheme 28 days holiday including bank holidays Additional holiday for each year of service Birthday off after probation TPBN1_UKTJ
