The company hold a leading market share in the supply and maintenance of Bespoke electromechanical productsThe role will cover mainly the M1 corridor, so ideally you will be based around Reading, Watford or LutonMain Responsibilities:Aiming to be onsite at your first call of the day by 9amHaving a flexible attitude towards long distances and staying away from home overnight as requiredClearing all quarterly PM’s on individual areasAssistance with clearing PM’s on vacant areas with the aim of achieving a company quarterly zero PM positionAchieve and maintain company breakdown SLA targetsDiagnose and repair faults, in an efficient, timely and cost-effective mannerAchieve and maintain a minimum 75% first time fix rateRespond to urgent requests for assistance out of area as requiredSkills: Good electrical/mechanical knowledge with good understanding of electronicsGood fault diagnosis skills and structured approach, ability to prioritise and allocate tasks as requiredGood fact-finding skillsGood commercial awarenessAim to achieve quarterly/yearly supplies and contribution sales targetsAim to achieve a good level of lead generationStructured and organized approachCompetent use of PC’s and e mailGood interpersonal/empathy building skillsGood presentation and communication skillsSalary - up to £35,000OTE £37,000 + Car, Phone, LaptopType:Permanent
