We’re looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international and local accounts across EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own customer relationships end-to-end, lead annual negotiations, and deliver sales and profit targets through best-in-class execution.If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on account management, this role offers real scope to influence growth across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver sales, profit, and forecasting targets across your account portfolioDevelop and execute annual account business plans aligned to brand and commercial strategyLead customer negotiations, managing pricing, promotions, investments, allowances, and variable marginBuild strong, trusted relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across EMEAAnalyse sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesExecute retail strategies including range alignment, promotions, and new product launchesOversee forecasting accuracy, stock management, service levels, orders, and invoicingEnsure SOX compliance, accurate documentation, and robust KPI reportingSupport and shape the EU distributor strategy, identifying new routes to market and expansion opportunitiesSkills & ExperienceProven experience as a Sales/Key Account Manager within Retail or FMCGRelationship builder with strong sales and negotiation skillsStrong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence managing margins, investments, and forecastsDemonstrated success in negotiation and annual customer agreementsHighly analytical, numerate, and comfortable working with sales and performance dataExcellent relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersFluent English required; German is a plus.
