We’re growing and are looking for a UK-focused sales executive to build pipeline, secure deals, and grow our presence across the UK fintech market.Who we areAdvapay is an international fintech software and consulting company with offices in Tallinn, Amsterdam, Toronto, and Belgrade. We specialise in developing core banking and fintech products, as well as providing licensing and regulatory consulting for e-money institutions, payment institutions, crypto companies, digital banks and other fintech companies.We support financial services businesses at every stage, from market entry and licensing to technology implementation and international expansion, helping them launch, scale, and operate successfully across different regions. More: advapay.eu The opportunityWe’re expanding our UK practice and looking for a London-based, full-time Sales Executive who can take ownership of UK commercial growth and grow with us.This role is ideal for someone who will:Build and expand pipeline across UK fintechs (especially PIs and EMIs) Be highly active in the London ecosystem — attend fintech/crypto conferences and events to meet clients and partners and make Advapay known locallyOperate independently day-to-day, while working closely with our leadership and delivery teamsWhat we’re looking forLondon-based and available full-timeProven ability to generate leads through field work, networking, conferences, and direct outreachStrong at securing meetings with decision-makers and presenting solutions (including running product demos)Comfortable driving the full commercial process: tailoring the offer, negotiating, and closingConfident reviewing and adjusting contracts and commercial termsStrong relationship management skills and disciplined follow-upAble to coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery and satisfied clientsComfortable tracking pipeline, forecasting sales, and reporting resultsRelevant experience: 5+ years in sales or 3+ years in fintech-related salesYou must have full working proficiency in English, with strong written communication and confident spoken English for client calls and presentationsWhat you’ll doBuild and expand pipeline across UK fintechs, especially PIs and EMIs.Generate leads through field work, networking, conferences, and direct outreach.Secure meetings with decision-makers and present the product including managing software demo sessions.Adapt the offer to client needs and drive the commercial process.Review and adjust contracts; negotiate terms; close deals.Maintain ongoing communication with clients and manage relationships.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.Track progress, forecast sales, and report results.Collaboration model (important)We’ll start with a 3-month trial period with part-time engagement (retainer + performance fee).If it’s a great fit, we’ll move to ongoing full-time work.Why this role is interestingHigh-impact work with real ownership — you’ll directly shape Advapay’s UK presenceThis role is hands-on and London-based: you’ll spend time networking at events and meeting prospects face-to-face, alongside running outreach and managing pipelineClose collaboration with senior leadership and delivery teamsCompetitive compensation for your work
