We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can create demand, convert opportunities, and build sustainable account value while maintaining high standards in accuracy, documentation, and customer expectations.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a sales plan to grow unlicensed medicines revenue across the NHS, private hospitals, and B2B accountsBuild and manage a qualified pipeline, with forecasting and conversion disciplineEngage and influence procurement KOLs and stakeholder groups across pharmacy and medicines governanceWork cross-functionally with procurement, quality, regulatory, and customer service to deliver a consistent, compliant serviceSupport onboarding, service documentation, and tender or framework related requirements as neededRepresent Arcadia Medical professionally in the market, building long-term trust and repeat order patternsEssential experienceRecent, demonstrable commercial success selling unlicensed medicines imports, including named patient supply and shortage solutionsStrong understanding of hospital procurement decision-making and stakeholder managementProven ability to manage a pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to conversion and retentionHighly organised, accurate, and comfortable operating in a compliance-led environmentDesirable experienceExperience across both public and private hospital customersExisting relationships with procurement-led stakeholders and pharmacy decision makersExposure to framework and tender environmentsWhy Arcadia MedicalMHRA licenses held: WDA(H), MIA and MSActive across NHS frameworks and an established customer networkFlexible package designed to reflect the calibre and commercial value you bringA role where compliance strengthens the proposition and protects long-term customer relationshipsHow to applyPlease send your CV and a short cover note via LinkedIn message.
