The company emphasizes growth, diversity, and customer satisfaction as core elements of its mission.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flagship Store Manager to lead our new flagship store in London, spanning approximately 500 sqm, consisting of a specialty coffee lounge (100 sqm) and a premium retail space (300 sqm) showcasing our full product portfolio.This role goes beyond day-to-day store management. The successful candidate will act as a business lead and a key liaison between the London operations and the Head Office in Qatar.Key Responsibilities • Overall management of the London flagship store, including retail and coffee lounge operations• Full responsibility for store performance, sales targets, and customer experience• Managing and supervising retail staff and coffee lounge team• Overseeing daily operations, inventory control, cash handling, and reporting• Ensuring premium brand standards across merchandising, service, and presentation• Acting as the main point of contact between London operations and Head Office in Qatar• Coordinating with finance, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams• Supporting product launches, events, and promotional activities• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health 'safety, and operational policies• Providing regular operational and performance reports to senior managementRequirements• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, or Operations Manager in premium retail and/or F&B environments• Strong understanding of both retail operations and specialty coffee / café concepts• Experience managing large-format stores or multi-functional spaces is a strong advantage• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and represent the brand at a senior level• Experience acting as a bridge between local operations and international head office• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial mindset• Based in London or willing to relocate
