We’re excited to be partnering with a VC backed hospitality scale-up that has recently raised funding and is now expanding its Sales team. As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire a German Speaking AE to help fuel their continued expansion across the DACH region and Europe.Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close. This is a great opportunity for a creative, highly autonomous salesperson who enjoys hunting, moving deals forward and closing with confidence.You’ll be joining a small but mighty team of 30 people, based in London, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. The environment is fast paced, collaborative and full of opportunity to make a real impact.As an Account Executive you will:Own and expand your DACH territory, uncovering untapped opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makersHunt, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients, driving deals forward with confidence and speedDeliver engaging, persuasive demos that clearly showcase the value of our SaaS solutionPartner with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that accelerate adoption and fuel revenue growthAnalyse performance, optimise your approach, and relentlessly drive your pipeline to exceed targetsWe want to hear from you if:You have 2+ years’ closing success in a new business focused sales roleYou have experience selling into hospitality/ leisure chains or selling SaaS platformsYou’re a proactive, self motivated individual with high energy and a positive mindsetYou’re comfortable working in a fast paced scale up environment and thrive with autonomyWhat do they offer?Salary of £40,000 - £60,000 + commissionHybrid setup, working from their London office 3 days a week26 days annual leave + public holidaysOngoing training and coaching using industry leading toolsHealth & Life insuranceRegular team and company socials
