About You You are a confident and experienced early years professional who: Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above Has at least two years experience working within an early years setting Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS , enabling you to act as a Key Person Plans and delivers high-quality, nurturing learning experiences tailored to babies Observes, assesses, and records childrens development to support progress and outcomes Is a strong advocate for safeguarding , ensuring every child feels safe, secure, and valued Is a collaborative and inspiring leader , able to motivate and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care and reach their full potential Equality, Inclusion & Next Steps We are an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people of all ages and backgrounds.
