Join Childbase Partnership and Be Part of Something Extraordinary Nursery Quality Manager (Supernumerary) Location: Lime Grove Day Nursery (HP1 1JS) Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | 52 weeks per year Working Pattern: MondayFriday, varied shifts between 07:0018:30 Salary: 33,793.50 38,454 per annum (pro-rata) Reporting to: Nursery Manager Lead Quality. About You You are a confident and experienced early years leader who: Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above Currently works in a senior role within an early years setting (e.g. Third-in-Charge, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager) Has a strong track record of leading by example , role-modelling best practice, and supporting colleagues to develop Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice Has experience mentoring and coaching teams to build confident, motivated, and high-performing practitioners Is a strong advocate for safeguarding , prioritising the wellbeing of children and colleagues at all times Works collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to review, evaluate, and continuously improve provision Is confident taking full responsibility for the nursery in the managers absence, maintaining quality and compliance Equality, Inclusion & Next Steps We are an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people of all ages and backgrounds.
