Job Title

We are looking for an Orthopaedic Scrub to join a leading private healthcare group in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality and efficient scrub care to patients during their surgical procedures.The ideal candidate will be an experienced scrub with a strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, and knowledge of the principles of orthopaedic surgery. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and assemble the equipment, instruments and supplies necessary for the procedure.Assist the Surgeon during the procedure, as well as providing assistance to other team members.Follow all relevant rules and regulations.Ensure that the operating theatre is always kept clean and to the required standards.Manage the equipment and supplies in the theatre.Ensure that the patient is always kept safe and comfortable during the procedure.Monitor the patient’s vital signs during the procedure and take any necessary action.Clean and sterilize all equipment and instruments after the procedure.Maintain accurate records of all procedures.Technical SkillsExperience in Orthopaedic ScrubbingKnowledge of aseptic techniqueKnowledge of the principles of orthopaedic surgeryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamAbility to follow rules and regulationsAbility to monitor and take necessary actionAbility to maintain accurate recordsAbility to clean and sterilize equipmentIf you feel you have the required skills and experience, please apply for immediate consideration and interview, and to receive further details about the role.If you feel you have the relevant experience and skills for this role, please apply to Jamie Carroll at or call on 07458142790 for immediate consideration and interview and we will be in contact with further details about the role.
