Role: Civil Design Engineer Location: Midlands Benefits Include: Up to 55,000PA (Dependent on experience) / 37.5 Hour week / 22 + 8 Days Holiday / Office based role / Hybrid / Ongoing training and development / + Many more perks! We are currently recruiting for one of our leading clients in the Civil & Construction industry that has been in operation for over 20 + years' with an excellent reputation with their clients and engineers across the Midlands. They have designed and managed builds of all kinds of Drainage and highway projects and as a result of their hard work and reputation they have numerous projects and are seeing large growth in 2026! Due to this they are looking to expand their team of Design Engineers in the Midlands. As a Civil Design Engineer you will be: Developing drawings and models using industry software such as Civils 3D / AutoCAD etc Working with senior members of the team and maybe jumping in and managing projects You will also be working to deadlines and targets Attend sites and getting progress reports and conducting meetings when necessary Ideally you will have: Degree in Civil Engineering Experience working on Highways / Drainage Previous experience working on softwares like AutoCAD / Civils3D Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred) Benefit Breakdown: Up to 55,000PA (Dependent on experience) 37.5 Hour week 22 + 8 Days Holiday (Increasing with service) Office based role with Hybrid options Ongoing training and development opportunities + Many more perks!
