Job Title: Sales Account Coordinator - InternationalLocation: London – HybridSalary: Up to £36,000 (DOE)Industry: Beauty & WellnessAbout the OpportunityLT Talent have partnered with a premium British consumer brand operating within the beauty and wellness space.The brand works closely with leading department stores, specialist retailers, spas, TV shopping channels and global partners.The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Sales Account Coordinator - International to support their commercial team across sales administration, stock coordination and account support (You will be managing a handful of accounts to deliver retention, identify new opportunities and drive growth).This role plays a key part of the business, ensuring accurate order management, strong communication between teams, and consistent product availability across multiple sales channels.The position blends head-office sales operations with regular in-store support across London. It is well suited to someone with a background in sales administration, account management, or retail head office operations within a consumer brand environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Operations SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team, including processing orders, managing back orders, returns and amendments.Manage a handful of accounts to deliver retention, identify new opportunities and drive growthEnsure accurate entry of sales orders into internal systems, maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.Liaise closely with warehouse and logistics partners to support timely dispatch and resolve delivery or stock discrepancies.Track stock levels, order trends and sales activity to proactively support replenishment planning and reduce stock risk.Data, Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.Support sales reporting, inventory tracking and stock analysis.Prepare and submit channel-specific documentation for retail and broadcast partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain organised records of contracts, order forms and related commercial documentation.Account & Channel CoordinationAct as a point of contact for retail, spa, TV shopping and distribution partners, responding to ad-hoc queriesSupport TV shopping activity through sample coordination, scheduling and asset management.Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth account operations.Retail SupportSupport stock management and merchandising standards within store environments.Build strong relationships with store teams to support brand visibility and sales performance.Experience Required4+ years’ experience in sales administration, sales operations, supply chain coordination or a retail head office role.Strong experience managing sales orders, stock control and retailer accounts.Confident working with CRM systems and sales data.Experience within beauty, FMCG, retail or consumer goods is highly desirable.Comfortable operating across office, warehouse and retail environments.Skills & AttributesCommercially minded with an understanding of how operational accuracy supports sales growth.Strong Excel capability with a high level of data accuracyHighly organised with excellent attention to detail.Clear, professional communication skills.Proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Strong interest in retail, sales and premium consumer brands.What’s on OfferExposure to all areas of a growing, premium consumer brandDevelopment and progression opportunities within the businessEnhanced holiday allowance with servicePension scheme and staff product benefitsBirthday day off and additional staff shopping eventsRegular team and social activitiesGym membership
