We are looking to expand our clinics and have a vacancy for someone who fits our company culture.About the RoleAn exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist who is a self-starter and has an interest in managing a clinic or has the experience in managing a clinic before. The role is based in the Cobham, Surrey area and is currently a one-room clinic location. Our Managers currently work in varying working patterns to ensure the success of our clinics.ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the site, ensuring excellence in clinical standards while driving operational performance to meet agreed goals in line with our annual business plan.The role forms part of the Clinical Leadership Team, fostering effective communication and embedding in the company's values and vision across Perfect Balance Clinic.Your role will be achieved through consistent engagement and group mentoring sessions with each of your clinical team, actively overseeing the clinical mentoring program across your site, while also fulfilling your duties as a key clinical team member.You will see your own caseload of patients to keep you in touch with clinical life and referral pathways.QualificationsStrength & Conditioning or Sport Science qualification/accreditation (desirable).5 years Qualified PhysiotherapistRequired SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with patients, the team, and our Directors.A results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire, develop, and support others.A passion for communicating with people and delivering outstanding patient experiences.Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail.Openness to working with a wide range of patients, often with complex needs, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary (MDT) approach.Previous leadership or team management experience.Business development and networking skills to promote and optimise clinic success.Highly organised, with a love for collaboration and teamwork.A positive, friendly, and professional attitude - qualities we value in all our therapists and managers.A commitment to continuous professional growth and delivering evidence-based clinical care.A drive to improve, grow, and develop both personally and professionally.Pay range and compensation packageYou’ll take ownership of the development and success of your clinic, and as recognition of your hard work and drive, you’ll receive a salary and be incentivised through the generation of the clinic’s profits - rewarding your commitment to creating a thriving clinical practice.£38–£40k base salary plus profit share, taking total annual earnings to £46–£48k.Equal Opportunity StatementWe pride ourselves on maintaining a personal approach for both our staff and patients while delivering exceptional clinical care.
