Job Title: Site HSE AdvisorContract: Initially 12 MonthsIR35 Status: Outside IR35Requirements: 5 days per week on site (Occasional Saturday mornings)Purpose of the PositionAs a Site HSE Advisor, you will report to the Field HSE Manager and provide support to ensure the effective development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC projects) of the Liverpool Bay Decommissioning and Carbon Capture Project.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will support the organization by:Driving HSE awareness through workforce engagement, inductions, and training programsConducting site inspections, monitoring subcontractor activities, and ensuring equipment complianceManaging risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safe systems of workOverseeing Permit to Work (PTW) systems and controls for hazardous materialsReporting HSE performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting incident and accident investigationsPromoting environmental compliance, sustainability, and best practices on siteQualifications & ExperienceEducationQualification in HSE or an engineering-related disciplineNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)ExperienceSeveral years of experience in the Oil & Gas industryProven experience on onshore projects, including construction design management (CDM)Experience in inspections, surveys, and incident investigationsCertificationISO 45001 Lead Auditor
