We have product-market pull, early enterprise customers, and a clear wedge in e-commerce and travel. Now we are ready to scale.We are hiring our first Founding Account Executive to take the core founder motion and turn it into a repeatable, scalable commercial engine.This is a builder role with a clear executive trajectory.The Challenge: From Founder Intuition to Repeatable MotionYour primary objective is to codify the /"magic/" the founders have used to close early deals into a scalable, data-driven process.ICP Validation: While we have a very clear view of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), your first mission is to validate and refine this profile for the UK market. You will be the boots on the ground determining which segments of the UK D2C landscape are the highest-leverage opportunities for our technologyConsultative Execution: Lead with curiosity. With the support from our founders, you will own the full sales cycle for the UK market, focusing on deep discovery and a consultative approach that positions you as an expert partner.Quality Over Quantity: In this early stage, it isn't just about /"scale at all costs./" A critical part of this role is the judgment to choose the right customers. You are responsible for identifying brands we can truly help, ensuring high customer success and powerful reference cases rather than just chasing a number.Building the Playbook: Transition our sales motion from founder-intuition to a documented, repeatable sequence. You will define how we build and maintain trust at scale.Trusted Advisor Status: You will be responsible for understanding the prospect's broader business goals and ensuring Wilgot is positioned as a strategic necessity.Who You AreData & Numbers Driven: You live in the metrics. You don't just /"feel/" that a pitch is working; you prove it through data. You are obsessed with funnel health, CAC/LTV ratios, and identifying the specific levers that drive predictable revenue.Intellectual Curiosity & Business Acumen: You have the /"sharpness/" to quickly master our technical landscape and the /"wisdom/" to understand a prospect's underlying business challenges. You don't just sell features; you solve commercial problems.The /"Consultative Closer/": You have 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience. You win by being the most helpful person in the room and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.Systems Architect: You love the challenge of unlocking new accounts, but you are obsessed with the process. You think in terms of conversion rates, messaging resonance, and scalability.High-Trust Operator: You can work directly with a founder, taking their vision and turning it into a professional, scalable sales operation.The Trajectory: Leading Wilgot sales efforts This is a foundational hire. We are looking for a future sales leader who can sell today and lead tomorrow.The Builder Phase: Master the consultative sales motion, close the first wave of UK accounts, and refine the playbook.The Leader Phase: Hire and manage the first cohort of SDRs and AEs, evolving into a Head of Sales.The Executive Phase: Scale the commercial organization globally, owning the entire revenue P&L and strategy.Team & Culture: Remote-First with a London CoreRemote-First Autonomy: We believe in results over desk-time.
