In this wide-ranging role there is an opportunity to work with teams in wholesale distribution, manufacture of Specials and medicines repacking activity.Please note, this is an on-site role and we can only consider candidates based a commutable distance from Redditch.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the compilation of Quality data by providing summary reports and trends for Monthly quality data packs and the Management Quality Review data packs.Maintain up to date logs related to Quality activities including but not limited to Quality Events, CAPA, change controls and customer complaintsSupport operational functions in the generation and management of Quality activity recordsProvide support for the management of records. Issuing, filing and archiving.Provide support for the supplier management process by reviewing and preparing import documentation for RP reviewProvide QA support in our customer qualification and revalidation processSupport internal audits where requiredParticipate in Risk Management and gap assessment activitiesParticipate in investigations and root cause analysis.Work closely with other key departments within the business to promote compliance with the Pharmaceutical Quality SystemThe Ideal CandidateWe are open to considering graduates with a degree in a relevant subject or candidates with previous admin / support experience in a life sciences or pharmacy environment. Training is provided in Good Distribution Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice as well as role specific processes.Desirable ExperienceExperience in a life sciences-based roleExperience in a GxP environment
