Set amidst tranquil surroundings, our workplace fosters an atmosphere that ignites creativity and encourages collaboration.Job Overview:Supporting the SB&C (Specialist Bricks & Clicks) Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, including John Lewis, delivering on sell-in and sell-out targets and taking ownership of the full P&L.Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager at Groupe SEB:You will take ownership of John Lewis Account (Cookware) and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles. Other secondary accounts TBD but would include Waitrose.Keeping the business informed on the projected performance, supporting the Channel Manager to measure actuals vs plan and to react accordingly to ensure targets are achieved.Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insights and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance.Attend weekly sales and supply chain meetings to discuss operational matters and resolve issues which affect customers and our strategy.Supporting Marketing Managers with market-leading “go to market” strategies for new product launches.Qualifications and Skills required as an Account Manager at Groupe SEB:You MUST have previous experience in Account Management with P&L accountability in an eCommerce background. Previous experience with key accounts such as John Lewis, Curry’s, Argos, or Very are advantageous.SDA or Cookware experience is highly desirable but not essential.You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.You will possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.You are analytical and can draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.You are results-driven and motivated by your objectives.You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches.You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.You are a problem solver and have a “can do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally.Overview on package – Account Manager – Groupe SEB:Working Monday to Friday.Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
