You’ll help shape architecture decisions, lead by example in code, and work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building modern web applications while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of fullstack solutions in a microservices architectureDrive frontend excellence, including component design, design systems, and web standardsArchitect, build, and maintain scalable backend servicesCollaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutionsGuide best practices around code quality, testing, performance, and securityMentor and support engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidanceContribute to cloud and platform decisions, including deployment and observabilityTech Stack & EnvironmentFrontend:Svelte (primary), with openness to React or Angular experienceStrong focus on web components and reusable design systemsModern JavaScript / TypeScriptBackend:Node.js or Python (microservices-based)API-driven architectureInfrastructure & Cloud:KubernetesAWSContainerized, cloud-native deploymentsData:SQL databasesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience as a senior or lead fullstack engineer in modern web environmentsDeep knowledge of JavaScript and frontend architectureExperience with Svelte, React, or Angular (Svelte experience is a plus, not a requirement)Backend experience with Node.js and/or PythonSolid understanding of microservices architectureHands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWSStrong SQL skills and experience designing data modelsProven ability to lead technically and mentor other engineersComfortable working in a fast-paced fintech or product-driven environmentNice to HaveExperience building or maintaining design systemsExposure to web components standardsFinTech, payments, or regulated-industry experienceCI/CD and DevOps best practicesWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead and shape core technical systemsModern tech stack with real architectural ownershipCollaborative, product-focused engineering cultureCompetitive compensation and benefitsFlexible working arrangements
