Rather than following a fixed pathway, graduates co-design their rotations, selecting specialist areas aligned to their interests and career goals.Key CriteriaEducationA degree in any engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, energy, building services or related)You will:Complete two six-month rotations in year oneSpend year two specialising in a chosen engineering disciplineRotate across project delivery, power and grid, energy systems, infrastructure, consulting and specialist engineering teamsWork on live projects supporting critical infrastructure, sustainability and energy transition initiativesProjects span design, modelling, site delivery, infrastructure development and carbon reduction, across both public and private sector environments.What You’ll DoAs an Engineering Graduate, you will:Support the delivery of real engineering and infrastructure projectsAssist with modelling, technical drawings, data analysis and site informationContribute to energy efficiency, sustainability and performance improvement initiativesCollaborate with engineering, commercial, operations and consulting teamsApply data and insight to support technical and commercial decision-makingThis is a hands-on, delivery-focused scheme designed to build both technical capability and commercial awareness.Development & Professional RecognitionYour development sits at the heart of the scheme.
