We’re working with a fast-growing international hospitality and events group that offers inspiring meeting, training and event venues for global organisations. Their focus is on delivering exceptional experiences for corporate clients, combining premium locations with a strong people-first culture.As part of their continued expansion into the North American market, they are now looking to appoint a Proactive Sales Manager to develop new business across the USA and Canada.The roleThis position will play a key part in growing brand presence and revenue in North America. You’ll be responsible for introducing the business to new contacts, converting enquiries into confirmed business, and developing long-term relationships with international clients.You’ll work with a broad range of stakeholders including HR Directors, CEOs, Sales & Marketing leaders, PAs, EAs, agencies and venue-finding partners within large international organisations.Key responsibilitiesProactively identify and target new prospectsRun outbound sales campaigns including cold calling and email outreachHandle inbound enquiries and convert demand into confirmed bookingsDevelop existing accounts by building new contacts within client organisationsAttend trade shows and client meetings in North America several times per yearBuild strong, professional relationships focused on long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate CRM records and prepare tailored proposalsContribute to marketing and networking activity to increase brand awarenessWork closely with internal teams, sharing information and best practiceAbout youDynamic, enthusiastic and confident in building client relationshipsGood understanding of the USA market ideallyComfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipelineDetail-oriented, well organised and reliable with reportingTarget-driven and customer-focusedPrevious sales experience in a similar industry (hospitality, events, venues, travel or services)Fluent English essential; some French would be an advantageBenefitsEmployer pension contribution of 7%Work from home 4 days per weekLaptop and phone providedInternet costs reimbursedLunch allowance of £12.50 per dayWeekly team day in LondonStructured onboarding programme (6 weeks)Regular international travel as part of the roleAdditional requirementsWorking hours: 11am–7pm (UK time) to align with North American time zonesMust be eligible to work in the UKProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and standard office software
