Account Manager Solihull, West Midlands, Full-time, Permanent, up to £37kA leading integrated creative agency within a globally recognised network is seeking an Account Manager to join its client services team in Solihull. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000 and a hybrid working model, with three in-office days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). This is an excellent opportunity for a career focussed account management professional to work on a high-profile international brand, supporting multi-channel campaigns and building a clear career pathway towards future leadership roles. The RoleThe Account Manager will play a central role in managing client relationships and coordinating campaign delivery across international markets. Acting as a trusted point of contact, this individual will ensure smooth communication between clients, internal teams and external partners, while maintaining a proactive, solution-focused approach to project execution. The role sits in a ‘Pod’ that houses Account Management and Project Management teams, who all work together to deliver great client experience.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys taking ownership and is confident managing multiple workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day client relationships that reside in Germany.
