Product Designer (12 month FTC) London / WFH to £75kAre you a UI UX Product Designer with a good knowledge of financial trading?You could be joining a growing Digital Wealth Management scale-up that offers a range of investment services to the public via their advanced technology platform which makes smart investing easier and accessible to all.As a Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, engaging digital experiences by developing a deep understanding of user needs, behaviours and pain points. Through user research, feedback analysis and data-driven insight, you will inform design decisions and evaluate the impact of design improvements, leading the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile applications, encompassing wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, while continuously optimising usability, accessibility, and overall user engagement.As a champion of design thinking, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and senior stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, customer-centred experience that aligns with business objectives. You will regularly present concepts and progress to stakeholders, balancing multiple perspectives, and stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Location / WFH:You'll join the team in London twice a week with flexibility to work from home the other three days.About you:You're an experienced Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects with a focus on user-centred design principles, best practices, and responsive design solutions both on web and mobileYou have previous experience within Fintech, Digital Wealth / Asset Management or Financial Services with a good understanding of trading / financial marketsYou have experience of building, implementing and evolving design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital productsYou can create high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar and are proficient in creating micro animations / interactions using tools such as Rive o LottieYou have a good understanding of front-end development technologies and iOS / Android HIGs to effectively collaborate with developers.You have excellent communication skills and can articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat's in it for you:As a Product Designer you will receive a competitive package - please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with full benefits:Salary to £75kHealth Insurance and wellness planTraining and career development opportunitiesAbility to work anywhere in the world for up to 5 weeks per yearFriendly, diverse culture with regular social eventsApply now to find out more about this Product Designer (12 month FTC) opportunity.
