Main Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launchDesign and create tools, drawings, and components using SolidWorksProgram and optimize machining processes with FeatureCAM (or similar)Conduct tool trials, lifecycle testing, and high-level inspections (CMM / ISIR / FAIRs)Develop work instructions and lead customer communications for R&D projectsSupport non-conformance investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Experience:Expertise in SolidWorks, machining principles, and tool designSkilled in FeatureCAM or similar CAM softwareA natural leader and mentor with excellent communication skillsAdvanced IT skills – Excel, presentations, data systemsEngineering qualifications: Time-served apprenticeship, HNC/HND/BScDesirable: Experience in rubber moulding technology
