CLINICAL DIETICIAN JOBIMS Recruitment’s client operates modern hospitals and community healthcare in Bermuda offering high standards of care from its international workforce.Bermuda is renowned for a high standard of living, outdoor activities, historical towns, beautiful beaches, wonderful climate.IMS is now seeking an experienced and motivated CLINICAL DIETICIAN.Key responsibilities include:Serving as nutrition consultant to the health care team(s) and providing direct and indirect nutrition care to patientsIdentifying and assessing patients that are at nutritional risk, patients on therapeutic diets and patients with complex medical conditions for individual needsMonitoring patient’s progress for efficacy of nutritional intervention, provides reassessment of nutritional status, and adjusts nutrition care plan according to established protocolsProviding counselling and education to patients/significant others regarding drug-nutrient interactions, nutrition intervention or therapeutic diets as appropriate.
