What you get from usSalary of £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)Annual bonusEmployer matched pension up to 5%Health cash plan Flexible benefits including Corporate gym discounts, shopping discounts, enhanced maternity & paternity policy and many moreAccess to online GP & life assurance Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their technical and regulatory requirements.Act as the primary technical point of contact for retail and QSR customers regarding product quality, safety, and specifications.Attend customer technical meetings, product launches, and quality audits to represent the company’s technical interests.Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers in response to enquiries, complaints, and product-related issues.Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives across products, practices, standards, and equipment, in collaboration with other departments, to enhance food safety, quality, and compliance with customer requirements.
