This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, project-driven work, and being a trusted technical authority in identity services.This is a senior technical role with a strong emphasis on project delivery, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise directory services while supporting global business functions across multiple regions.You’ll work within a collaborative, global team spanning the US regions and the UK, partnering closely with internal teams and outsourced support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn, support, and improve global Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID platformsDesign and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) solutionsAct as an escalation point for support teams on complex identity incidentsLead project-based initiatives, including platform enhancements, migrations, and new capabilitiesPerform lifecycle management of directory services, tools, and supporting technologiesEnable new identity capabilities while ensuring security, resilience, and complianceCollaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partnersWhat We’re Looking ForSignificant experience in enterprise IT, with deep expertise in directory services and identity platformsKnowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and IAM best practicesExperience operating as a senior technical SME in complex, global environmentsProven ability to work self-directed, take ownership, and drive outcomesExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skillsA security-first mindset with experience in compliance and identity security controls
