CRM Specialist - Highly Sought After US Law Firm - Salesforce MigrationAn outstanding US law firm is seeking a CRM Specialist with strong Salesforce experience to support business development, client relationship management, and data-driven decision-making across the firm.You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data, supporting attorneys and business development teams, and enhancing client engagement strategies.Key Responsibilities:Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRMManage data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analyticsSupport business development and marketing initiativesCollaborate with attorneys, leadership, and BD teams to improve CRM adoptionCustomize workflows, automation, and integrationsProvide user training, documentation, and ongoing supportTroubleshoot issues and liaise with external vendors when neededRequired Experience & Skills:Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or Salesforce AdministratorStrong hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, reporting, automation)Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferredExcellent data management and analytical skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholdersSalesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or similar) a plusThe firm are open to candidates from a legal or professional services background.Salesforce experience is essential.They are offering a strong remuneration package & will be running a short interview process.
