The FirmOur client, a leading international law firm based in London, is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to join its Marketing Department ASAP. The firm is known for its collaborative culture and global reach, advising high-profile clients on complex, cross-border matters.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Proposal Specialist to support pitches, proposals, and RFPs across the London and wider European offices, with exposure to global initiatives. Working closely with Partners, senior stakeholders, and international business development teams, you will help deliver high-quality, brand-aligned proposals. Key responsibilities include:Drafting and coordinating proposals, pitches, RFPs, and client-facing materialsDeveloping key messages and differentiators for target audiencesManaging drafts, version control, and deadlinesEditing, proofreading, and enhancing presentation materialsCollaborating with creative and research teamsLiaising with global offices to ensure consistency across submissionsMaintaining proposal records, content, and reporting via CRM systemsThis is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH).RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or communicationsExcellent writing and proofreading skillsAdvanced PowerPoint skillsExperience in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailVacancy HighlightsAnnual discretionary bonus33 days’ paid leaveHybrid workingPrivate Medical InsurancePension (5% employer + 3% matched)Life Assurance (4x salary)
