This is a hands-on, client-facing role, ideal for someone with 3+ years’ commercial experience who enjoys working on production systems and delivering improvements that directly impact clients. Candidates must have or be eligible for SC clearance.Role HighlightsMaintain, enhance and deploy production applications using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Develop new features, improvements, and integrations based on client feedback, service metrics, or evolving requirementsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve live system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clientsParticipate in agile delivery, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and service review meetingsCollaborate directly with client stakeholders, engineers, and analysts, presenting technical updates clearly and professionallySupport automation of monitoring, testing, and deployment pipelines, contributing to CI/CD and DevOps practicesWork with cross-functional teams to ensure applications remain secure, performant, and aligned with service-level objectives (SLOs/SLAs)Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes, technical standards, and team practicesThe client is moving quickly and is looking to speak to suitable candidates this week.
