Drainage Operations Manager Location: Warrington Salary: Up to 45,000 + Car Benefit Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a leading drainage service provider at their Warrington site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations professional with strong drainage knowledge to play a key role in managing daily operations and leading a small team of engineers. The Role As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The package: Competitive salary up to 45,000 Company car / car allowance Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends) Supportive working environment and excellent career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities include: Conducting site visits and preparing quotations Managing and overseeing a small team of drainage engineers Managing daily operations and responding to on-site issues Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations Monitoring and reporting on KPIs Carrying out regular van checks Sourcing materials and equipment Supporting engineers and ensuring operational efficiency Essential Requirements: Previous operations management experience Strong drainage industry experience (jetting, CCTV surveys, and general drainage knowledge is essential) Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations Full UK driving licence If you are an experienced drainage professional looking to take the next step in your career within a stable and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
