CNC Laser Operator 14.00 16.00 per hour | Full Time - Temp to Perm| Sheffield Area Rotating Days & Nights Shift Pattern Days: Monday Thursday 7:00am 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am 2:30pm Nights: Monday Friday 8:00pm 6:00am The Role An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join their production team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable hours, regular overtime, and strong employee benefits. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Bystronic and Amada fibre laser machines Ensure consistently high cut quality and accuracy Work efficiently to meet production targets Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to health & safety standards Support continuous improvement within the department Work independently and as part of a wider production team What We're Looking For Proven experience operating Bystronic / Amada fibre lasers (essential) Ability to set machines independently Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Knowledge of working with different steels (advantageous) Forklift licence (desirable) Reliable, proactive and team-orientated What's On Offer 14.00 16.00 per hour , negotiable depending on experience 40 hours per week plus regular overtime Private healthcare plan Company pension Free on-site parking A professional, respectful working environment that values skill and experience TPBN1_UKTJ
