HGV Clas 1 Shunter Whittlesey near Peterborough 19.00 to 20.00 per hour plus generous benefits package Monday to Friday and Weekends available 10pm to 6am and 2pm to 10pm shifts Temp to perm A leading agri-foods haulier is seeking dedicated HGV Class 1 shunter drivers to join a dedicated logistics team located at Whittlesey near Peterborough. What You'll Be Doing: Safely manoeuvre and position trailers within the yard using a Class 1 vehicle Carry out vehicle checks in line with company and DVSA standards Liaise with on-site teams to ensure smooth trailer flow and efficient yard operations Complete all required paperwork and use digital yard management systems Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times What You'll Need: Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence Current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Previous shunting experience (minimum 6 months preferred) Good communication and attention to detail Commitment to safety and on-time performance Training will also be provided To be considered for this opportunity either apply on line or call Charley on 020 8441 3323.
