What You Will Do Deliver a high-quality social work service that meets the needs of children, young people, and families. Lead, manage, and support your team to provide targeted family support and specialist services. Develop and embed an integrated approach to assessment and service provision across Childrens Services. Prioritise and respond to the most vulnerable children using agreed partnership threshold criteria. Ensure immediate responses and robust risk assessments are in place for children at risk of harm. Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans for Looked After Children, ensuring their safety and emotional wellbeing. Ensure effective permanency planning and statutory compliance, including oversight of Special Guardianship Support Plans. Promote continuous professional development within your team to enhance performance and service delivery.
