This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with non-technical teams and taking pride in clean, well-structured code.What you’ll be doingBuilding, improving, and supporting WordPress websitesDeveloping and customising themes and pluginsWorking closely with designers and stakeholders to deliver new featuresEnsuring sites are responsive, accessible, secure and performance-optimisedIntegrating third-party tools, APIs and e-commerce functionalityDiagnosing issues and providing ongoing technical supportWhat we’re looking forCommercial experience with WordPress developmentStrong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and database knowledgeExperience with page builders (Elementor preferred)WooCommerce and SEO best-practice awarenessA proactive, detail-oriented mindsetNice to have: Git, REST APIs, headless WordPress, security practices, Agile exposure or generative engine optimization.
