This position is charged with operating an assigned quick service restaurant (QSR) and leading a dedicated team that achieves or exceeds the targeted financial and performance metrics. Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and managers within the QSR to achieve or exceed targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards. Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting. Ensure the QSR consistently meets or exceeds brand standards and food safety requirements.
