You’ll be working in an environment that demands excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.The Role & Team You’ll join aService Desk team of 6 , supporting a fast-paced, high-availability environment: 1 × Student Placement (1st Line) 2 × Junior Engineers 3 × Support Engineers This is ahands-on technical rolewith added responsibility, includingmentoring junior engineersand acting as a reliable escalation point.Technology & Responsibilities You’ll be working across a modern IT estate, supporting both cloud and on-prem systems, including: Azure Active Directory Exchange Intune Windows Servers Your focus will be on maintaining system reliability, resolving issues quickly, and supporting a business where downtime is not an option.Experience & Fit 2–3 years’ experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence owning issues end-to-end Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior team members Background from any industry consideredLocation, Salary & Bonus 5 days per week on-sitein Milton Keynes Flexibility supported where needed Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 basic Up to £45,000 for a standout candidate Bonus: Up to£15,000based on team performance Historically consistent bonus payoutsWhy Apply?
