You are qualified as a Pharmacist for over 3 years, and you are an experienced manager who has experience in running a busy community pharmacy to its full potential. You are an experienced Independent Prescriber. You use, to full effect on a daily basis, your Independent Prescribing qualification and Common Clinical Conditions through NHS Pharmacy First Plus providing your patients with the best quality up to date care which means patients want to come to you for your outstanding care and attention. You have a caring nature towards your customers and want to do your best for them. You are excited to come to work, highly motivated and proactive with a positivity that rubs off on your staff. You encourage your staff to strive for excellent patient care and motivate them to engage in continual learning to ensure their careers dont stand still but develop like your own. You would love to be a pre-registration tutor to an outstanding candidate. You thrive at being a leader and manager, with drive and ambition to ensure your pharmacy meets its business needs efficiently. You want the pharmacy you manage to be the best preforming pharmacy in the area. You want to work closely with GP surgeries to let them know how good you are at your job, and what you can do to help them and their patients. You keep up to date with both national and local pharmacy operations to provide a comprehensive delivery of pharmacy services to customers and patients.
