In this role, you will be the focal point for leading cybersecurity from an HSEQ and operational risk perspective, supporting site operations within a highly regulated, safety-critical industrial environment.Working across operations you will ensure cyber and operational risks are effectively identified, managed, and embedded into day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a bridge between HSEQ, engineering, production, and OT teamsSupport and implement industrial cybersecurity controls aligned to ISO 27001 and IEC 62443Contribute to risk assessments, incident management, and vulnerability managementSupport business continuity and disaster recovery planning (ISO 22301 awareness)Provide HSEQ and cyber input into the design and modification of manufacturing systemsSupport assurance and selection of cyber-secure suppliers and contractorsAbout YouStrong background in HSEQ within manufacturing, energy, or heavy engineeringPractical experience or strong exposure to industrial / OT cybersecurityWorking knowledge of ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and risk-based approachesComfortable operating in factory and production environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across disciplines
