Job Title

As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality servicing, fault-finding, installation, commissioning, and repairs across a variety of industrial and specialist door systems. You will take technical ownership on site, supervise and mentor junior team members where required, and work collaboratively to ensure compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction at every stage of the service process.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver electrical servicing, fault-finding, repairs, and commissioning across industrial and specialist doorsLead on-site works and act as the main technical contact for customersSupervise, support and mentor apprentices and less experienced engineersCarry out detailed site surveys and assist in scoping new installationsEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and company RAMSConduct safety and quality audits and provide technical feedbackMaintain accurate records and communicate updates to managementSupport emergency call-outs and out-of-hours work as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForTime-served electrical apprenticeship or NVQ/BTEC18th Edition BS7671 qualifiedExperience in industrial/specialist door systemsStrong electrical knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawingsHands-on, solutions-driven approach with excellent communication skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel (UK and abroad)Desirable:IOSH, ECS Card, Work at Height (IPAF/PASMA), Asbestos AwarenessWHAT WE OFFERAt Clark Door we believe in rewarding our team and supporting your growth.
