The project involves the construction of a semiconductor and micro-electronics facility supporting advanced technology and wearable hardware development.This is a technically complex build requiring a Project Manager with strong experience in services-led, high-specification environments.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the project, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Key responsibilities include:Managing the construction of a high-tech facility extensionLeading site teams, subcontractors and specialist consultantsFull responsibility for programme, cost, quality and risk managementCoordinating MEP-intensive and specialist works, including cleanroom and controlled environmentsManaging works within a live or highly controlled siteEnsuring strict adherence to health & safety and quality standardsActing as the main point of contact for all project stakeholdersProviding regular progress reporting and programme updatesAbout YouYou will be an experienced Project Manager with a background in complex, technically demanding construction projects.Ideal experience includes:Proven delivery of high-value construction projects as Project ManagerExperience in high-tech, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or data centre environmentsStrong understanding of MEP-heavy buildings and specialist installationsExperience working to strict quality and compliance requirementsExcellent leadership, coordination and communication skillsRelevant construction qualifications and professional certifications are desirable.What’s On OfferHigh-profile, technically challenging projectLong-term opportunity on a flagship developmentCompetitive salary or contract rateOpportunity to work on future high-tech projects
