Overtime paid at 1.5 and 2x, high salary and an annual KPI Bonus.What's in it for your as a Shift Maintenance Electrician:Salary - Circa £60,000 per annum (Including Shift Allowance) Location - Sandford Le Hope , Essex Annual KPI BonusOT paid at 1.5 and 2xCompetitive Pension Hours of work - Days and Nights 4 on 4 off - 6am to 6pmEmployee Benefits Package Training and career development opportunitiesMain Duties & Responsibilities of Shift Maintenance Electrician include:Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs ensuring that all production targets are maintained - maintaining factory manufacturing machineryMonitor & supply Engineering support of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure that the product conforms to any quality assurance standards and ensuring changeovers are as efficient as possible.Experience and Qualifications Required for Shift Maintenance Electrician:Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship, Electrical Engineering NVQ, BTEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, e.g. NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above - Mechanical or Electrical, 18th Edition High degree of Health & Safety awareness.Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems.
