This is intended to be a hybrid working role, with typically three office days and two remote working days per week.Responsibilities:Providing outstanding customer service through phone and email.Taking telephone orders and payments.Processing returns and refunds.Supporting the sleep test team with their processes.Some general data entry / admin tasks as needed.Essential skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to problem solve and take ownership.Self-motivated team player.Attention to detail.Can-do, positive attitude.Minimum two years of customer service experience (office or retail).Company benefits include a SimplyHealth cash plan, exclusive discounts with numerous retailers and services, and a company pension.Ongoing training will be provided to maintain your career development and progression.Full training and a company laptop, headset, and other required equipment will be provided.Their newly refurbished and air-conditioned office in Woking is a 15-minute walk from the train station and town centre.
