What we're looking for in a Sous Chef: Assist the Head Chef in the management of their kitchen. Be a champion of our Dodo principles: product quality, customer experience, and standards delivered with pride and care. Maintain a high-performance mindset, striving to be the best pub in the area. Assist the Head Chef in delivering a high standard of compliance and safety.
