Front of House Duty Manager - Prestigious College Catering Environment5 days out of 7 Location: Oxfordshire Salary: £35,000 per annum The Role We are looking to recruit an experienced and service driven Front of House Duty Manager to join the catering team at a prestigious college. This is a key operational role, responsible for the day to day dining hall facility aswell as delivering exceptional hospitality across formal and informal dining settings, conferences, and high profile college events. You will lead front-of-house service standards, manage teams with professionalism and warmth, and ensure every guest experience reflects the heritage, values, and reputation of the college.
