As part of this growth, we are recruiting a Hygiene Team Leader to join their new night-shift operations team.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality across the site, while leading and developing a small team of Hygiene Operatives.Key DetailsDirect Reports: 2 x Hygiene OperatorsSalary: 33,000 + 25% shift allowanceShift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 06:00Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week (includes paid break)Your MissionAs the Hygiene Team Leader, you will oversee all nightly hygiene activities to ensure cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety standards.
