Responsibilities As an Apprentice Building Surveyor, you'll work closely with an experienced and supportive Building Surveying team, gaining hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised qualification. You'll be involved in a wide variety of professional surveying and project-based work, with structured training and mentorship throughout your apprenticeship. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with building condition surveys and defect inspectionsSupporting the preparation of technical reports and client documentationHelping produce specifications, schedules of work and tender informationAssisting with contractor tender reviews and basic contract documentationAttending site inspections to observe quality, programme and health & safetySupporting fee tracking and basic project administrationAttending client, consultant and contractor meetings alongside senior surveyorsTravelling to sites across the region as requiredRequirements This opportunity is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who is eager to learn and develop within a consultancy environment.
