You will manage complex projects, drive energy efficiency initiatives, and oversee financial performance while maintaining strong client relationships. Youll take ownership of energy management initiatives to reduce consumption and drive cost efficiencies, oversee planned preventative maintenance and prioritize reactive tasks, and manage complex projects to completion on time and within budget in line with CDM and SHE regulations. In addition, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of the contract, including P&L management, vendor relationships, and accurate monthly reporting.
